When you contact Quyntex, you may provide your name, work email, company, project type, and project details. Please do not send passwords, private credentials, health records, payment card data, or other highly sensitive information through the website.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, respond to you, prepare a suitable next step, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. We do not sell personal information.
Website storage and services
Theme preferences, first-visit loader state, and admin edits are stored locally in your browser. The project concierge may send the conversation to the configured server-side AI provider, such as xAI or GroqCloud. Do not include confidential information in concierge messages.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, contractual requirements, security, or applicable law. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@quyntexglobal.com.
